Crater Lake: Located in southern Oregon, Crater Lake National Park contains the deepest lake in the U.S., reaching a staggering depth of 1,943 feet. It was formed by the collapse of the volcanic Mount Mazama. Different Flag Designs: According to Oregon Essential, Oregon’s flag is totally unique. The front of the navy blue flag features the state seal, while the reverse side shows an image of a beaver, which is the state animal.
